In view of the new Defect Rating and piggy-backing to your post on returns, what are your thoughts about opting into eBay's Hassle Free Returns. I've been hesitant to opt in, but I'm now thinking it may not be a bad idea. It's supposed to protect sellers against fraudulent INAD claims.

ReplyDeleteI would stay away from it. I had more of those cases after I opted into it than before. I opted out of it and I haven't had one since.
